If you are contacting us about an issue with your order, please provide the order number and tracking number (if applicable) and as much detail as possible to help us identify an appropriate solution that fits your needs. Please allow up to three business days for a response, in case we need to reach out to our courier for details related to shipping and delivery issues.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for either an exchange or full refund.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging. Candles that have been lit cannot be returned. If you believe you may have an issue with a defective product that has been used, please contact us using the form above and describe your issue. We may ask for photo documentation to help us understand what you are referring to.

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return or contact us using the form above.

  2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.

  3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Additional Information:

  • Please allow three business days for a response and generating of a return label

  • We do not charge shipping or restocking fees (we don’t believe in ‘em!)

  • If your order says it was delivered but cannot be found, or tracking has not updated within five business days, please reach out to USPS first with your order details. If contacting USPS has not yielded successful results, please contact us for a solution.

  • If you are looking to make an exchange, please specify what it is you would like in replacement. If there is a difference in value, that difference will either be refunded if it is less than, or charged if it is greater than the cost of the product. Please note that we cannot make exchanges for full-priced items being exchanged for discounted or last chance products due to limited inventory and final sales. Exceptions for sale items will be made if the item to be exchanged was ordered before the requested replacement item was put on sale.

  • Broken candles will be refunded with no need to return. Please immediately and carefully discard of and clean up broken glass.
